Can you connect dualshock 3 (ps 3 controller) to steam big picture mode

It's possible but not sure about Steams native controller support. Last time I used a DS3 (have DS4 now) I used SCPToolkit. You'll see Xbox style prompts, ABXY, not Playstation style. Using SCP or Steam, if it supports them, will work the same in desktop mode and BPM.
