300 Mbps seems within acceptable range for the game you're downloading. Try downloading a larger game and let us know your speeds you're getting.
Ok ill try in the morning
you could be a ISP neigbour to it, and that means ISP cant deliver 100% and we are back at congestion, ask any Network technician, ( and you can actual test this try this at earli morning.
5am , reason is no ISP work or they should be done and all in your region should be sleeping.
this sort off a proof that ISP router should have lesser user's on them.
ps.
do not forget ISP service agreement , i bet its from you to ISP that speed is GUARANTIED, not rest of the world, unless steam server is directly connected to the ISP
and yes its complicated, ask any that know network.
even Ceezus Crisp seem to know something about wifi, and soon ax is there so yeah things change.
Ok i tried again this morning with siege
During: https://imgur.com/kEs8kZ1
After: https://imgur.com/iFccFAI
It took about 30 to 40 mins and average was around 300 Mbps to 390 Mbps
The peak this time was 423.1 Mbps
This was from the server in my state
You said it could also be your drive speed
From the speed of the drive on the screenshot is that good?
If not how do I check my speed?
Ok man ill have to take a look at that
ill call them some time this week
