<SOLVED>"Server Not Responding" and "Unable to query server info for invite"
Hello!

I feel as if I'm running slowly out of options to fix my issue(s).
I bought Ark a few days ago, downloaded it and expected to play on the steam platform moving forward. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case.

I can load games up fine, I just can't connect to 'most' servers on online games (Ark, TF2, Gary's Mods). The weird part, they will load servers but only a small amount (10-20 servers MAX). Whenever I try to join a friend's server it gives me "Server Not Responding", at which I can mash the "join" button a few times and it will load my client (Ark for this example). Once the game loads, it will give me this error: Unable to query server info for an invite.
Even so, I cant manually find the server on the server lists, nor can I find it by going: View->Server either.

I've tested to see if this issue is happening on other games and it's the same thing on TF2 and Gary's Mod. The weird thing is, on TF2 I can hit "join match" and the game will auto load me in, but I can't manually look for servers (same with Gary's Mod).

A few weeks ago I was playing Rainbow Six Siege without any problems and I've dabbled with 7 Days to Die (all with friends) and haven't had issues.

Things I've tried:

Re-installing Steam
Re-installing games
Deleting Mod folders
Port forwarding (every port I can find)
Turning on DMZ
Various CMD refresh inputs
Disabling firewalls/antivirus
Changing modem/router
Calling ISP for help (useless)
Changing family settings (in the Steam client)
Changing beta modes

Along with these I've spent roughly around 7-9 hours actually combing through forums and posts to find an answer.
This morning I logged onto my Xbox to check my network restrictions and my NAT type was open there, so I can't imagine my ports are closed on PC.

My PC is perfectly capable of running Ark in high settings and my internet speeds are around 200mbps, so I don't believe I have issues there.

Does ANYONE have a possible solution that I haven't tried? Unless I can fix this sadly, i'll have to quit using steam for gaming which really sucks.

I really appreciate anyone trying to help me i'm open to just about anything.

EDIT: After countless hours of trying, I actually uninstalled both antivirus software on my computer (ESET and WebRoot). Worked fine last night. Hope this helps anyone that googles.

I plan on trying to download steam on my laptop and/or connecting a hotspot to verify if it's my ISP or my computer in general. I'll update and hopefully have a solution/answer. Hopefully, in the future this will be helpful to someone
