they call it favorite now.
You should still be able to find the folder of your workshop by going to the drive that the game is installed to, find Steam's directory and go to
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\[GAME ID]\[WORKSHOP ID]

this was so you dont have to waste hours to look for them again.

any technician call tell you that, you need a tracking on the item not the path, so try that on a game with mods favorite them all , then remove subscriptions, and that is the only way for now to see all the mods you want to keep have focus on.
and its here steam screw up, subscriptions, favorite, follow, you actual do need all 3 options
