This guy is a scammer!
This guy scammed me out of 8 key promising me 20$ in the form of a steam wallet code.
I'm dumb i know that but i hope he will at least get banned
*INSERT PERSON NAME HERE BECAUSE CALLING OUT A SCAMMER IS APPARENTLY NAMING AND SHAMING*
he even has the "TRUSTED TRADER" text there.
I literally fell for the most classic blunder of all times with the "you give me items, i give you money".
*INSERT "OBVIOUSLY FAKED SCREENSHOTS" HERE*

1. I'd remove the link as naming and shaming isn't allowed.
2. Anyone can write "trusted trader" on their profile.
3. Report and move on.
4. Be smarter in the future.

If during trading you have to press "yes it is a gift" then... it is a gift. Nothing more, nothing less...

1.I wouldn't call it "naming and shaming" if it's about a scammer.
2.I know
3.I did
4.I hope i will.

But it is. What if I posted saying that this guy scammed me and to report them? Do you see the problem here?

The problem is that I DIDN'T SCAM YOU!
If i did you had 100% the right to call me out.
He scammed me,I SHOWED PROOF,and the least i want is for him to get banned because i can assure you i'm not the first nor only person he scammed.

How do I know this 'proof' isn't faked?

Seriously, report the user yourself and then move on.

Well that's the only good point you've made, but still it is not fake.
I don't know what more to show you.

Steam chat is meaningless... This guy can have been claiming he is The Batman by day and Spider-Man by night . Steam trading methods aren\t based on chat promises or "screenshots proof" - whatever that means lol - screenshots can be easily faked through gimp or any free memory hex editor. you can eaily edit chat window by chanign values so you were talking to President Trump about real estate on the planet Mars. Would look exactly the same.

Steam trading methods are pretty straightforward. You discuss the things you want and put them all in trade window. All at once. Or you go to steam market. Steam doesn\t support and likely will never support whatever you were trying to pull. He promised you something that has nothing to do with Valve or Steam. You can\t send money through steam on qiwi or wmz. You can only send money by buying item on steam market. That's it.

You don't need to show other users anything. You report the scammer and that's all you can do.
Involving others is just so unnecessary and false reports will only do more harm than good.

I guess it is false for you since you weren't the scammed one here.

It's irrelevant whether you're being honest or not. We tried to help you as naming and shaming is a violation of the rules here regardless of your personal opinions on it.

I was scammed once when I was a brand new user here. Instead of moaning and crying to everyone and everywhere, I simply accepted that I was a huge idiot and the cause to why I lost a couple of games.

I learned from it and have never been scammed, hijacked or anything else since.
