Just uninstall and reinstall the game.

When you reinstall it, origin should ask you what language you want, just select all of them or only brazilian if that option is there.

try first , right click game then properties , then language , see if you can switch there, or ingame option also possible in some games.

is that a steam game , i cant even google title and see support language.
could be not sold at steam anymore, and you could also have a region sold lock issue.

maybe this is a Origin game and same option is there, but so is depend on region you bouth it in.

example i bough si city online , and what good is local danish version then you talk with other in english, so i had to reinstall it back then and i wish i new the change first before i did it.

Its a ORIGIN game, its from EA, it was never on Steam.
Only Dragon Age Origins is on Steam which is the first game in the series, Inquisition the one he is talking about is the third.

As far as I know, languages for this game are limited to those of the region you bought it from.

and thats why, sold in that region, then other language is removed, even hear all the voice and tekster pack is huge today, what prevent them from dl it from other region, again devs today require a big FAT BOOT kick in there tiny butts.

imo. what if i try to learn german with voice and tekst in english should that not be my choise.
well i know we cant fix what is made is done. but next gen games should not lock such, its old outdate ways.

a company can send employee to other region, then you are screwed.

As far as I remember Voiceovers are English, French, German but subtitles, menus can be in Portugese.
