how to start a new discussion in a game forum
I can clearly see "Start a New Discussion" in this forum but when i select "Project cars 2" game forum the "start new" dissapears. where is start new in a particular game thread?

The General Discussions forum has the restriction, "Posting privileges: Only group moderators and officers are allowed to post in this forum."

The Off Topic forum (not to be confused with the Steam Off Topic forum) has no restrictions, however. You should be able to post there.
