I can't remove this folder helppp
So I have 2 drives, C and D, Steam says that I can have 1 folder linked to steams library per drive. the first drive is on C, and is almost full. So, I added a folder on the D drive called "ark" (Because ark is so big I wanted a folder for it) and then I wanted to rename it games. So I went into the folder and renamed it games, but then it duplicated folders. I deleted the folders and went to the trashcan to delete the 1, but accidentally permanently deleting both. Now it wouldn't let me use the file, and It won't let me delete the file from steams library. Now all it says is that the drive has 0 memory and I cant download any games to it. Also since I can't remove the file to add a new one and I cant have more than 1 steam file per drive, I can't download the game or restore the memory it had. I just want to know how to delete the file to add the memory back(the error message when I try to delete it, it say "removing selected steam library folder failed"
also, I get there by going to steam in top left ----> settings ----> downloads ----> steam library folders. it wont let me delete the 2nd drives folder)

The "file" is just an empty file that I deleted, but, it was linked up into steam, and even after deleting said file, steam library still thinks it exists or something

Restarting my PC fixed this issue for me.
