PLEASE HELP (People trolling got me a 7 day ban on CSGO)

Okay, so i was in this matchup in overpass, usually in overpass, my technique is to wait until the terrorist try to plant, and then throw molly at them. Two of my "teammates" would always run into my molly and get themselves killed, they did this two times. During the game, my wifi kept running out so i got disconnected, i was aware you could get kicked from suicide if it happens too much. Once i finally reconnected, the two teammates again ran into my molly. Now here i didn't get kicked yet, i explained to them that i musn't get a cooldown for one month so that i won't get another 7 day cooldown. You can check the reply, the incident that got me a cooldown was from when i accidentally hit my innocent teammate (the one who was actually playing) with my usp ONE time when i saw the head of a terrorist. So please, i love csgo, and i really wouldn't want to play casual. So please, please, please i beg of you. Get rid of my cooldown. You can watch over the replay of the match, I keep getting these cooldowns for unfair reasons and i've kept my mouth shut for way too long
