Steam took 1 euro from my card for verification fee!
If i delete my card from steam do i take the money back to my credit card?

It is an authorization tap. The funds never leave the account. It is on a hold. In a few days or so, it will be released back. For exact times, contact your card company.

Removing the card from Steam will not remove the tap/hold.
