Rapporter et problem med oversettelse
Go to Settings > Remote Play and enable the feature. you can disable it later if you wish.
Go into your library and do a filter search for Remote Play Together (it's one of the preset options).
If you have a game with that feature, start that game. Bring up your ui with shift-tab, and friends list. Find someone, anyone, right click them and invite to Remote Play (NOT to lobby, that does not work).
They don't have to play, just be invited.

funny how a normal invite on my second account worked fine but now nothing works

Also Just ran into this issue today when I was trying to start up Overcooked 2. Is there any way to get a hold of steam? or is this about it? (Don't do much on forums)
