cant invite friends from shift tab ( steam store quest )

the person doesnt have to actually join, you just send invite and it completes

Oh, I think I know the problem...

After looking it over for a bit, it dawned on me...


I dunno if this is for all Controllers, or if only the STEAM Controller...

But I found that it's easier to find Invites from Big Picture Mode
easier on STEAM, then it is from Desktop Mode...

Again, I dunno if this is only effected by the STEAM Controller,
or all Controllers...

I also, do not know if the LIBRARY STEAM UPDATE
had fixed this problem, or not yet... or if it's still an issue...

Tried it with multiple games. Rocket League, Halo, Risk of Rain 2, Human: Fall Flat. Nothing has worked.

shift tab invite system has been broken for awhile, i was hoping that when it was time for this quest that they would see that its broken and would fix it
