Then you right click another user in the overlay as you normally do but now there should also be a button called ''invite to remote play together'' just click that and you're done, they don't need to accept or join.
I cannot do that because I get an error saying streaming session could not start, what do I do?
Thank you! They should've been more specific I've been having an issue with this all day.

I don't get that "invite to remote play together" option
1. I launched CS:GO
2. I opened the Steam overlay (shift-tab)

4. I selected 'invite to game'.
5. The quest was completed.
It may not register on the first try. Give it multiple tries, and be sure to attempt the in-game inviting tool as well.
