SteamVR detects PS4VR headset as a monitor switch to Direct Display Mode Error

For some reason my PS4VR headset is detecting as a monitor on my screen. I tried to unplug the HDMI ports and reinstalling SteamVR but nothing worked. I really want to play VR games on pc, please help!

PS4VR on PC is a whole different mess, as the name suggests, was only meant for PS4 support.

Your PC must also be strong enough to run it.

I believe you require the PSVR headset drivers. Look up "psvr drivers" in Steam store.

I don't have a PSVR but you may need to buy this to be able to play with your PSVR headset.
