How do I revert the steam library?
Haven't used steam in a while. Why does my library look like a mobile game ad space? Is there any option to revert it back to the original?

No. You can do it by blocking Steam's updates(I'll let you do a quick Google search on how to do it but I don't know if this is still working) but I don't recommend it.

Some have been passing around some hanky janky download files from untrustworthy people to bypass the changes. The new library still launches games like it did before. It just looks different. Give it a try. Eventually you won't even notice the changes.
I changed the package files in the steam directory to the old one with these two links in the video by the channel called Leeson.

here are some steps that I found in the youtube channel

1. Exit steam, make sure no processes running
2. Delete anything in Steam\package folder
3. Extract Steam Old Client Packages .zip to Steam\package
4. Copy steam_client_win32 and steam_client_win32.manifest to Steam\package
5. Set the steam_client_win32 and steam_client_win33.manifest to read only.
6. Delete steam.cfg (if present) from Steam folder.
7. Launch steam, let it install update.
8. Steam will say that the update failed.
9. Launch Steam and now the old UI should appear.
10. Copy steam.cfg to Steam folder to prevent auto updates.
