TROUBLE ACCESSING A STEAM COMMUNITY FEATURE? YES
"You'll have access to all of Steam's features once you've spent $5.00 USD in the Steam store"
Well guess what, I did.
The problem I have might be because I got the 5 euro (more than $5) giften, but it still should have worked since I spent it on the steam store, and according to the steamsupport FAQ it should work. Or maybe it doesn't work because I didn't but the 2 games at the same time?
Idk, but at first I thought it was because I needed to wait a week, but now it has been 10 days and I still can't access it.

And getting access to the community was basically the sole reason I bought those games, because the games I wan't to play are ftp and others I have gotten free redeem codes.

It should work since what I did falls under these two categories:
Purchasing game(s) that are equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store
and
Purchasing a Steam gift from the Steam store

And it's freaking impossible getting official support, very nice. Guess I'll have to refund the games because I cannot if I wait 4 days..

You're reading it wrong. A gift card unlimits the account for the person who gives the gift card, not the one who receives it.
You have to put money directly into the account to unlimit it.

Yes I got that. It says
"Purchasing a Steam gift that is equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store (Receiving a Steam gift or digital gift card from a friend doesn't count)"
So I shouldnt get access from having the money in my account ok, but then it says
"Purchasing game(s) that are equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store"
which means if I use the money, which I did, I should get access.
Maybe not how they ment it, but it's certainly what it says and that's what I thought it would be

You are still spending store credit ... The person that *sent* you the gift card got credit for adding REAL money.

Doing it your way would unlock two accounts for the price of one ... That's not how it works.

No, the important part is "(Receiving a Steam gift or digital gift card from a friend doesn't count)". In your OP you stated that you received the money by gift, so it doesn't count.

The rest is irrelevant, as you're not spending money that you yourself have directly put into the account.
