"not enough disk space"
So I was installing RDR2 and my PC had been shut off during installation, now I have to reinstall it for god knows what... and it's saying I don't have enough disk space, I can't uninstall RDR2 because well... it's not registering as installed. Only half of the game was installed so my disk space is pretty much gone and I can't do crap to gain any back. What do I do to fix this BS error?

Steam > Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache

Try that first.

Doesn't work. Still says I have no space even though the game should be installing, but says that I need to install it.

On the store page system specs requirements is also how much space is required.
Storage: 150 GB available space is needed.
If your system shut off without correctly exiting Steam may have corrupted the download and it requires starting again.

I would suggest you exit Steam using Steam top left corner exit.
Then check in Steam programfiles x 86 Steam steamapps >common for the folder to this game and delete it. Also empty the recycle bin.
Run your windows disc cleanup tool and delete what you can find in the total list scroll down through what it shows can be deleted.
Does it have any DLC included? untick them in the downloads until you have the base game.

I just decided to uninstall GTA 5 with totalled to about 106GB because of all the mods I had installed so now I'm allowed to install RDR2 and it's resuming where it left off, which was about 46 percent.
