Steam connection showing old display name on Discord mobile
I tapped on my name in one of my Discord servers to change my nickname and noticed, under Connections, my Steam name is showing as my original display name rather than my current one. That's actually a major problem given what my original display name was. I'm not sure who to contact about this, if it should be Discord or Steam, but I'm trying here first.

Disconnect Steam then reconnect it to Discord, that happened to me once and that's how I fixed it.
