Acer Nitro 5 FPS is not as much as it should be

Laptop: Acer Nitro 5 515-52 Carbon Edition (Intel Core i5 8300h, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6gb, 8GB RAM (1 bar in single channel mode), Display 144hz, game on SSD M2 256GB.
Essence of the problem: Possessing enough a powerful PC my FPS on maximum settings accounts for 80-100 on Mirage (for example) that obviously much less, than should be on this PC. On YouTube I found a test with absolutely the same laptop, except that there instead of 8GB of RAM in a single channel is 16GB in a dual channel. In video have FPS averaged from 160 in open spots with a lot of players, and in closed premises FPS and at all was leaving for 200+.
As far as I know that dual channel mode the RAM will give 30 FPS. So why are these missing 50-70 fps?

P.S about settings on type: high perfomance of power supply, settings CS GO multicore processing on etc. I am precisely sure that there like as everything is correct.
I will be immensely grateful if anyone knows how to solve this problem!
