You can't stop people from following you apart from knowing who they are and blocking them. Just ignore it. If you're concerned about your privacy, set your profile to private.

There is no way to do so. They only see public stuff you do anyways, just the same as using a browser not logged in.

I just used the SS to show you. Everything there, in every tab not individually set to friends only/private is accessible without an account.

SS = Screenshots. But every tab on that page, Screenshots, Artwork, Videos, Workshop Items, Merchandise, Collections and Guides can all be seen by anyone on the net if they aren't individually made friends only/private.

On each tab, click on "Manage" near the top right and click every single one. Then scroll back up to the top and choose "Make friends only or Private."

Do that for each tab.
