How to Change DirectX 12 for 11?

Hello there! I'm having some problems with my games, they're crashing without even start when I initialaize them with my NVidia GPU. I already update my Drivers and turned off the overclock. I'm thinking the fault is from the DirectX 12 of my PC. How can I Change my DirectX 12 for the 11 or 9?

The Games there were crashing are:
Fortnite - It's just crash and close, without any info.

Resident Evil 2 Remake - with the error in the renderdevicedx11.cpp. The complete pop up is:

What nvidia GPU do you have?

You'd have to get the game source coode, change the API calls and recompile the game. And it seems the game is already running in DX11 anyway, your crashes got another, a real cause. Ask on the game forum.
