How to actually send a chat sticker

I've redeemed a chat sticker, but I don't see where in the chat box on how to actually send one

In a chat hit the smiley face icon on the bottom right and the sticker should show up there. Just click the sticker and it should use it.

I got the "Yells Bells" Event Sticker. I can find it in the inventory, but not under the emoticons.

I can now select the sticker, but it seem to be broken.
The sticker will simply not load.
