maybe it's just the coin stickers sold at the event, but I'm not sure ...

It's easy but confusing.

Click on the redeem button. Then use the sticker that was granted to you.

I somehow can't click on the button? It just does nothing
Edit: It didn't work in the browser, neither in the Steam App on PC, but it worked on the mobile app, so try that if you can't click the button

Try redeen the sticker again on different devices... web browser, Steam app (PC), Steam App (mobile)
