Use chat stickers doesn't work. Any advice?

Well, it looks like at least you redeemed the sticker.

I couldn't see your image of the emoticons, because it is cut. The sticker appears right on the top. Try sending it in a group conversation, and on other devices, as I mentioned above.

Try to restart steam client, for me the stickers showed up in chat window

A bit embarassing but i restarted steam and it worked fine, also the discrepancy in my inventory is the animation at the beginning and end.

I had the same issue. I had to update the steam client to get it to show up.

I restarted my client after redeem and the sticker showed up in my emoticon list

To access my sticker use, I went to Yule Log chat. Then I had access to my browser based chat, opened a chat with a friend and the new sticker was available in there. It was no tavailable on steam app.
