Locked in limbo.

My internet is working fine. I can YouTube and Amazon and stream. After last night's steam beta update, I've had my account in a limbo state. I can play my owned games, I can go online with them but I am in a constant offline mode. My username never turns green, I can't do anything from viewing profile to activity feed viewing. I can post this from my phone, can't from my computer.

Why am I locked out of my own content. Restarting my computer did nothing. I have mobile authentication. This is dumb

Get out of steam beta. When you opt into something thats in beta state youre bound to have a buggy experience. Im in beta because I enjoy new features, although I run into alot of bugs myself. If its making you go crazy as displayed here, then just stop.

I cannot access anything. I can't even left click the bottom right icon. I can't stop the forever loading circle or right click to reload and stop. It remains black. The words of my username grey.

I can't view wallet. I can't even edit account information. Not on my PC. Can do all of this on my phone. Not PC

Makes you wonder why I bother with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hobby of scammers and theifs and non responsive qa

No error. Restarting steam has no effect. Big picture mode pretends to work but I can't access friends lists

Admin is a consistent functional for most processes. It's from my end nothing.

Open the Steam client. Click "Steam" and then "Settings". In the new window, go to the "Web Browser" tab and click "Delete web browser cache".

I think works because steam loads your profile & more via a browser.

I appreciate you trying to help but you are giving me base IT plug and unplug advice.

You aren't reading. I'm in an online state. I just can't access content. I can't edit settings. I can't view friends. I can't mess with option involving UI. Valve takes 1000s and then leaves me to ask users instead of anyone employed.

After I opted out of beta steam cliant it all went back to normal. I can see frineds now, work with my UI and do all like before.

It was the beta update/
