When I start Black Squad,it shows the error "Your pc is single core pc. You need higher than dual core to run this game". My pc specs:

Processor i3 3210 3.20ghz
4gb ram
Gpu Nvidia geforce gt 610

Users there might be more helpful to you, though it sounds like you simply don't meet the system requirements necessary to run the game. If you've just purchased the game I would suggest requesting a refund. For the future I would recommend looking at the system requirements for a game you're considering purchasing either online or directly on the game's store page in Steam itself.
