Settings for Game Play with VMware

Hi guys,

I'd like to play a few Windows only games from STEAM. Action Platform Games like Youropa, etc., so not real demanding. I have Windows 10 installed with VMware.

I'm running VMware Fusion 10.1.2
on an...

iMac 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7
32GB 1600 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB

Wondering if anyone can assist me with the Virtual Machine settings to get the most out of my limited gaming experience.

We cannot provide support for operating system virtualisation through a third-party program, as it will lead to serious performance issues.

WINE and Boot Camp serves as alternatives instead.

Rather than trying to virtualize windows 10, you would have better luck setting up a dual boot through boot camp

Just checking with the 'Community' to see if anyone had any recommendations, but thanks for your input.

PlayOnMac is actually much easier than Wine / WineBottler or WineSkin to install and use for Steam.

I still say try using bootcamp to set up a dual boot
