Steam Voice call stuck on connecting

I've got this problem suddenly out of the blue just yesterday i was talking to my friends thought steam call and today when i started the call the call seems to be stuck on connecting... and will just be stuck there I've allowed steam thought firewall and everything reinstalled it nothing seems to work and couldn't find a post that can solve my problem. Steam detects my mic too and there is no problem with discord or such, so I guess its only a steam problem
Any help is appreciated. Ty.

same here.. w10 turned off any firewall (windows defender too) i dont have any router. i will try my luck with my ISP.

ok. this is what i find:
i try use voice chat on goggle chrome (on my pc) - no luck

i try use bluestacks (android emulator), download google chrome on this emu and.. voice chat work perfect.

i find out what block voice chat for me.. its.. (!)adguard

Don't do anything like listed above; simply exit Steam Client (click Restart) and then try to connect again. It's normal with Steam, been like this for years.

Best bet is get you and your friends on Discord; it's way better and very light weight and works on Game Consoles and Mobile devices as well.
