Is it possible to get steam wallet money paid onto my bank account?
I don't want the money I added on my wallet on there anymore and I would like it to be returned to my bank account
Do you know how I can do that?

How did you put the money on your wallet? If you bought it via steam you can refund it. If its from another source then nope.

You can claim a refund as long as the wallet funds themselves have not been consumed in any way and you do this within two weeks of adding them.

STEAM WALLET REFUNDS
You may request a refund for Steam Wallet funds within fourteen days of purchase if they were purchased on Steam and if you have not used any of those funds.

No idea if a paysafecard allows it so go check and you can see

Does "if they were purchased on Steam" mean that it has to be a steam gift card?

It means you went onto steam's site and loaded money into your wallet from steam. If so you will see it by following the link and can request a refund

The opposite of this. You can't extract money into a bank account that wasn't originally FROM that specific account. A 'game card' is absolutely not refundable anywhere.

If you want to move money from a gifted card to your bank account, that's illegal and called 'laundering'.
