Yellow Account Alert
Hi, so i got an Account alert, that says:
"A Steam Wallet code you activated has been removed from your account.
The payment associated with its original purchase has been reported as fraudulent. The purchases associated with this wallet code have been removed and can no longer be accessed. If you or someone you know purchased this Steam Wallet code through a third party website, we suggest contacting the seller to request a refund. We have no way to issue refunds for purchases made outside of Steam.

If you would like to access the removed content again in the future, you will need to re-purchase it from the Steam Store."

Can someone give me a detailed explanation about what this is and what my possibilities are and what i can or can't do?

it means a wallet code you used got revoked. its that simple.

i would try talking to the person or site you got the code from and find out what happened to the code and payment for it

It's pretty self explanatory.

You used Steam Wallet codes? You bought them all yourself? No? It sounds like however you acquired at least one that ended up being charged back by the original buyer. And anything you bought with that money has been removed from your account.

But can i just rebuy the things back again with the money that were refunded back to my account? do i even have to contact the original buyer?

you really need to explain what you did. your not sounding very honest at the moment. tell us about the wallet code(s), where did you get them? if you try listing a website and the filters block it, DO NOT BYPASS THE FILTERS

So, i bought a 20€ steam wallet gift card off of {LINK REMOVED}, and purchased a gift (a game) to a friend of mine and 2 csgo items for myself, for which in my purchase history, they're "crossed over". and i got an email that those items were refunded and the money is back on my steam account.
and 5 days later from purchasing that 20€, i purchased a 50€ wallet credit from www.mediamarkt.de, but in person at the store, and with that money i bought "assassins creed origins gold edition" for 17,99€... that also is "crossed over" in my purchase history, and in the email it says that the refund money will be given back in the next couple of business days

That's basically it

Right, the reason why the hearts are there is because that site is scummy and not to be trusted. They often deal in stolen goods, as you have now experienced and as a result is filtered on Steam's forums.

Also you were warned to not try and bypass the filter, also for a reason...

i don't know what "bypassing the filter" even means

Rebuy the games affected with legitimate funding. And if you have an issue with the site who sold you a bogus wallet code you take it up with them. But good luck with that.

bypass means you had to type it in a way the gets around the filter. its clearly stated in the discussion rules not to do.

F I L T E R <---like that. stop it

Well when something is filtered out but the forum filter, and you type it in a way so that it's not filtered out that's the definition of bypassing the filter.
