Hello!
I have a question regarding to the chinese new year. Because I would like to buy presale of cyberpunk 2077 and I am not sure will I get tokens for this or not.

Any purchase with an external payment method will count. It does not matter when the game is released. Only the time of the purchase counts.

Keep in mind that will Steam wallet credit only the actual charging will give you tokens. Buying with wallet credit will not give you tokens.
