I can't enable the new mini profile animated backgrounds

So i've bought the new mini profile animation, but when i go to my inventory and select the items the only button that appears is "view full size"
Am i missing something?

Tried this and doesn't work. Now there's noway of get the tokens back. Not working even in web browser.

Open an incognito tab on your web browser and paste your profile link in it and check again.

See if it parses as expected.

For Steam:
Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache.

For your internet browser:
Depends which one you use. You'll have to dig through the settings to find the option to clear cache.

For Google Chrome at least, there's a shortcut to clear cache by pressing Ctrl+F5.

Not even using other browser or trying to see it on mobile. Remember, this discussion is for mini profile animated backgrounds. Not the normal background wallpaper.
