How to use ports on a separate computer for Rift S VR.

I got the Oculus Rift S in the mail today but I realised that the graphics card was incompatible once i downloaded all the software. I was wondering if there was some kind of way to link my laptop and pc together since my laptop has all the required specs, but doesnt have the DisplayPort, where my pc does have the DisplayPort but not the required specs. Please help! Thank you!

You can use a HDMI-to-DP adaptor on your laptop.
