Where can we complain to Valve about their disgusting pratices?

Stupid question I know, but Valve is doing wrong, evil and immoral things and I wanna let them know what I think of their dirty pratices, is there a way to contact Valve and be heard and they just don't care and give the same copy/pasted messages?

You had no guarantee that tokens would be kept. The Holiday Market page was still accessible for people to spend tokens, plenty of people here in the forums in the days after the event have asked about it and got the direct link to the market place. Heck, a Google search for "Steam holiday market" would have landed you on that very page.

You not spending your tokens and assuming that they would carry over is, well, on you.
