Pc/ps3 gamepad lights constantly blinking

Hello guys i have a problem with my pc and ps3 gamepad: https://www.speedlink.com/TORID-GAMEPAD-WIRELESS-FOR-PC-PS3-BLACK-oxid.html , when i plug it in the ps3 it works fine but when i plug it in my pc windows detect my gamepad and the gamepad connects and works perfect but only for 1 or 2 minutes and then the blue lights in the middle start blinks and the gamepad wont sync again until i plug it in the ps3 and leter plug it again in the pc.Any ideas?

thinks i tried: instaling and reinstaling drivers
connecting the gamepad via wire

edit:3 month ago gamepad was working perfect when pluged in pc
