How do I code in STEAM Chat's /code???
I know the usage of /me, /pre, /spoiler, /flip and all that jazz in the STEAM Chat, What I don't know is how to code in /code. (Just intending to use it for fun) Can some1 please help me understand the coding language & how to use it correctly?

EDIT: Typo and clarification

It's not like, It's going to execute the code or anything, It just gives the normal coloring of an IDE in the chat
You can use symbols like, "TEST" For a string,
Something( ; ) End of the line // The parentheses not included.
You can also use <TEXT> (it means != Which also means Not Equal);
&& is Equal to "And";
// A comment;
|| means -OR-;

Happy playing around.

A few more nouns might make your question answerable.

Learn to code yourself. It can sometimes take years to learn depending on language. You can start by choosing which language here

the /code will try to figure out which language your snippet is written in.
so it should support most if not all programming languages and scripting languages.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Yeah, just using /code in STEAM chat as having fun only, I am no professional coder by any stretch, just a Tenno who's Tennoing around, wanting to type in /code for fun sometimes. :P

I made a guide on client beta back when the chat was in beta; about this.

You can have a visual demo of what the stuff will parse like from there, as well as a description of each command.

It was fun to play around with.

I have seen this post earlier but it is sadly irrelevant to me because it doesn't go in-depth on /code specifically, just skims across all /commands there are, as far as I have seen.

"/code — Formats text as a block of code. "
What more is there to say?
