Insufficient privilege when trying to receive a gift

So I received Assassin's Creed Oddysey as a gift today, and when I'm trying to accept it the "Insufficient privilege" error pops up

Any ideas how to make it work?
The status stays "unredeemed"

That usually means someone is trying to gift you a DLC for a game you don't own.
