Can't select state/province in the store

I'm really not sure what's wrong. I'm trying to buy a game and I can put in all my card info etc, but the store won't let me pick my state/province, so it won't let me buy the game.

Anyone know what's up?

I would like to know this as well. Steam is VERY broken today. I'm having this problem, as well as it won't let me log in in my internet browser, and it won't let me change my password. But all of that I found because it won't let me put in my state to add funds

I keep trying to buy things and I'm having the same problem. I cannot complete my purchase due to being unable to fill state/province. I've tried in Vivaldi, Firefox and my Android browser, all with the same result.

Tried clearing Steam Cache in Steam> Download options. That didn't work

I have, I suggest everyone make one and absolutely flood their inboxes
