Is there a way to find out what Steam's free weekend games I played in the past?

No.

Steam has your playtime for every game, but they don't specifically give you information on free weekends.

It'll tell you if you did. I played Fallout 4 2x before purchasing it. It show all 3 dates it was added to my account and why.

May 25, 2017 - Purchased on Steam - view receipt
Feb 2 - Purchased on Steam - view receipt
Aug 11 - Purchased as part of: Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition - view receipt

When you view receipt, it will tell you everything.

Yep, I see "purchased" parts. I checked old games that I never bought, but played for free. This trick will do. :)
