How do I get The Saw game for PC?

I've been wanting to get this game for a while now, and I would have gotten the Xbox version, but don't have a working oe, nor do I have the money to get one. The PS3 version, same as the Xbox, but I've never had a PS3 in my life. I would get the pc version, but I heard it was removed because of how buggy and ♥♥♥♥ that port was. I saw some sites that said they have the steam code for the game for sale, but I'm not sure if the code will work, or not have other concequences.
