Problem with SteamLibrary

Hi guys, I had reinstall win and also delete Steam folder on C, SteamLibrary still on D and E so I try to add game folder back to Steam but showed me message "Selected drive already has a Steam library folder. Steam will manage multiple game installs in a single folder for you." and also delete all game data to re-download, so how fix that problem, thanks guys

Just alter in the path under libraryfolders.vdf manually by opening it up with WordPad.

i.e.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps

Open libraryfolders.vdf with WordPad

"LibraryFolders"
{
	"TimeNextStatsReport"		"Unix timestamp here"
	"ContentStatsID"		"ID here"
	"0"		"E:\\Games\\SteamLibrary"
}

Exit Steam, save the file, and restart Steam.
