How to rewrite a banned review?
One of my reviews got banned and I can no longer edit it. How can I rewrite it?

You do not. That is part of the punishment for having the review banned.

You can attempt to see if support will remove the ban, but I doubt it.
I left a negative review of Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon. In the end I suggested that people play the emulated Castlevania classics instead. I assume they banned it due to mentioning emulation.

The rest of the criticism still holds true and its not fair to have it hidden. I just contacted support and am trying to get the option to edit it.

I could understand if they simply deleted and and told me to reword it, but this is tilting in the game's favor too much.

Correct. Emulation is not to be discussed on Steam at all.

I highly doubt support will do anything.

Which is why I said you could ask support. But the last part is why it was banned since that is an instant ban on all of Steam.

Under content.
I dont see why its wrong though, emulators by themselves are not illegal and its legal to rip copies of your own games.

I see exactly what you posted...

You mention nothing about owning the previous games on their respective consoles before using an emulator. Regardless of that, it is not legal to emulate those games.

Claiming emulating is not wrong/illegal is just dumb.

As "legally" stated by armchair internet lawyers. Actual lawyers aren't so sure, but would be more than willing to take the case and get a legal verdict on it for an obscene hourly rate.

And in several places actual lawyers have seen arguments for why they think it is legal shot down.

Theres a reason Nintendo aren't facing any legal issues over the update to block the memory card bulk games from working.
