CSGO Empire Scam?

Hello there, i was gambling on CSGO Empire and i wanted to withdraw some skins.
All of the sudden, a message with "You cannot withdraw because you have a VAC ban on your Steam account." came up and i am not able to withdraw my skins. I got 2 VAC-Bans (both in CoD and NOT csgo). Can someone explain the issue to me?

Support on Steam can't assist with you giving away your items to a 3rd party site not affiliated with Valve at all.

i mean they actually got a support and they replied to me but it was some kind of "uninterrested" answer he gave me

still not a steam issue. its between you and that site.

did you know they dont care about you, they only want you to give them your items. stop using gambling sites, you will be a lot happier (and have more skins to use in game)

i know that is not steams problem, just wanted to ask here if someone else got the same issues as me :/

No, we did not cheat in any game and gave our items to a scam website.
