Please some admin, need help :(
hello there i am john,
last weeks i got some keys from eneba.com .

One of them was a key for the game madmax,
But in the moment i was to register the key on steam, i got a messege that key was already in use on another accound user or duplicated .

I send a ticket to eneba and they helped me out , now i need some admin watch this ticket out HT-4MJN-XRX8-Y999 . that is the ticket from my help request .

could some admin help me please?

ReBoot i charged back but a few days lather paypal noticed my person that my paypal account still on negativ saldo .

Because you've let the scum vendor keep your money but took it away from PayPal which was kinda stupid. You should take the money away from the scum vendor by telling PayPal the vendor screwed you over.

The problem is the keys were never Eneba's to sell. There called grey market keys, obtained from another registered retailer most likely a bundle site. So Eneba are completely unable to check who registered this key, when and to what steam account as they have no business relationship with Steam and should along with the rest of the scum resellers be a blacklisted site on Steam.

Steam won't give you any help with this, trust on on that. Claim your money back, open a dispute through Paypal and don't use "Eneba" again if you want to avoid repetition of this.

damn eneba support says every times steam would share wich time and day that key was registered without that answer from steam i could not get my key or money back from eneba :(

That's good to hear.

NEVER buy 'keys cheap' from some website. There are some legitimate dealers that have real keys, for Steam, but your best bet is ALWAYS to buy ON STEAM.

on discord one of the admins from eneba with name frozen.grimmjow its a greate scammer , this guy want people pay to im 100 euros to solve the problem imediatly ..
I got banned from eneba discort geral chat because they mean i am making spamm to reclaim wath i paied for ..

and because i make a video to my yutube channel speaking about this situation . i make some images capture from users with same isue and i got banned from eneba discord hahahahahaha
