Please some admin, need help :(

hello there i am john,
last weeks i got some keys from eneba.com .

One of them was a key for the game madmax,
But in the moment i was to register the key on steam, i got a messege that key was already in use on another accound user or duplicated .

I send a ticket to eneba and they helped me out , now i need some admin watch this ticket out HT-4MJN-XRX8-Y999 . that is the ticket from my help request .

could some admin help me please?

No admin for you here. If they are looking for proof, then they are scamming you. Do a chargeback and get your money back. They sold you a used key.

We cannot view that ticket, and you shouldn't have contact support about that.

You made the purchase on a a third-party site, so only they can handle that situation.

I assume that is not a trusted third-party reseller and they may've just scammed you.

They may have knowingly given you a duped key.

spunky no they are not scamming me , they already depot the 30% of the money on my eneba wallet .now they just wanna need to know wich account its that key registered .. and wich time was registered .

How on Earth are you even supposed to get that information?

You are clearly being scammed.

Steam support won't do anything anyway, the key is used, case closed. Your beef is with that allegedly dodgy vendor.

well same time i am on live chat discort with some admin from eneba and they means i would waith for steam support they are sure steam will annswer to my help request .

Steam Support will not supply you with that information.

So in other words, they sold you a faulty product and hope you're enough of a fool to let them make you do their job. Clearly a scam site (one of them). Charge back. That's the way to treat scam vendors.

Eneba is stalling.

If you want your money back, do a chargeback. Don't shop from dodgy 3rd-party key-sellers.

Steam Support will NEVER, under any circumstances tell you who owns or when a key was activated.

That is the scam. Get your head out of your ass.

Then get after paypal! The seller is trying to come across as reasonable by requesting confirmation ... But Steam has NEVER released the kind of private information the seller is requesting (and eneba *knows* that).
