I need to prin out cd key or make it as a picture??

Write your case number on the packaging or sticker on the CD key (the number should not be written on a separate paper or inserted with an image editor) and attach a digital photo with CD key and case number in .jpg format. Please send a full color image.


What does this mean and how can I do this thing they want me to do. I am only 14 so this makes no sense to me

They seem to be asking for the original retail printed key that came with the game, not one you printed out yourself.

Then, you write the case number on it, not on a separate paper for verification and take a picture to send them.

You may have to tale one photo of the actual CD which has the key then the cd case which may have the support key stuck on it, upload to your PC via camera plugs into PC via USB.
If you have a mobile device that connects to the internet you can do it all there.

they ask you to put a specific case number on it physically, and you take a pic of it and that info together. It's a pretty solid form of making sure that no one else can do this.
