Shipping Status: Cancelled???

Hello Steam Community,

I wanted to ask you a question, did this ever happen to you?

I've order a steam controller and didn't cancel my order I'm still waiting for it but it says "Shipping Status: Cancelled" without me doing anything.

Anyone knows maybe why?

Then contact support, that's your best option to get answer for what the refund for.

Great, I can't be bothered with all this tbh, if they want it rob Me and give me back 4p when I've spent over £11 I guess they need the money more

I mean not even a reason for the refund?

Did the money from the bank transfer part of your transaction ever even get to Valve or was it just on hold because if they didn't get it they can't send it back to you.

Well steam took out £11 from my bank and returned £0.04 so yes they got my money

Have you spoken to your bank about the transaction? Wouldn't be the first time someone confused a pre-authorization hold as a completed transaction since banks don't indicate the difference on your statements.

If the refund was within 24 hours of the original transaction then the money never left your account.

One of the things that could be the cause for the refund ... in many countries it is not allowed to sell stuff under it's absolute value ... not sure however plausible reason. Mine got canceled too.

Like I didn't. Several days ago when order was canceled, and again when it was refunded.
No one has gotten anything except the generic Refund-email. Atleast not that I'm aware of.
