Shipping Status: Cancelled???
Hello Steam Community,

I wanted to ask you a question, did this ever happen to you?

I've order a steam controller and didn't cancel my order I'm still waiting for it but it says "Shipping Status: Cancelled" without me doing anything.

Anyone knows maybe why?

damn you got me worried and i checked mine.
mine is stil in Shipping Status: Processing and i even ordered it Nov 26
i'm worried too now.

Mine was on Processing too, I've decided to check mine now and it says shipping status: cancelled and I've haven't touched the order since I've payed for it on 27TH.

Haven't been refunded, the money left the bank account and never came back since paying for it.

Not sure if you have checked the FAQ, but there is an option to modify or cancel with a help link. Maybe you can get an update this way?

I just checked mine. I ordered two controllers and one says cancelled.

Went through that link and it says

"Nov 27 - Purchased on Steam - view receipt - Cancelled"

Even tho I've haven't touched the order and there was no refund given, is VALVe actually taking the pi**?

Already made a support ticket but its probably going to take them forever before they respond.
They were doing a fire sale of their last remaining Steam Controllers which are now discontinued. Probably explains these issues. With physical stock, but people virtually ordering them rather than buying them one by one, it's harder to synch availability -- particularly when the orders come in fast and furious.

Its up to the system to decide if its still on physically on stock or not.

Amount of stock - Orders = amount of stock left (If the stock equals to 0 then the system shouldn't allow purchases)

As I posted before it says

Same problem for me, I'm a bit stressed to be honest
I hope it's just a small problem of steam that it will be solved by itself

They better get that sorted then because I've choose that other a controller I could've already had (Xbox one Night Ops camo special edt)
