questions about "remove from account" button

1.If i remove from account a F2P game (destiny 2 for examle) that i've played for 4h and reinstall from store will the hours remain or it resets ?
2.games that i got in my library that once were free and now cost money, if i remove those can i reinstall it for free from store ?
3.can i remove from library a f2p game that i've played for 2500 hours ?

Removing games is a bit like an advanced hide feature - it removes them from the account but they can be restored at any time the same way and any stats (i.e play time) will just continue from where you left off.

2 is a bit more complicated. I'm willing to bet you won't be able to download it from the store page. However you can restore a removed game by using the support site and choosing "It's not in my library", even though it says its permanently removed. If the game has changed from free to paid, I'm not sure how this would be resolved; my instinct is to say it won't matter how you got the license (for free, from a key, paid for it) and that Valve will allow you to restore the license regardless.

im not able to remove Payday 2 that i got for free (now cost money). but others games like Drones , dynasty warriors 9 that i removed (that got free versions) on store page says that they are in my library. so yeah i guess its "hidden games 2.0"

theres is no Remove button , only hide, but i got it for free 100%

I've seen a few threads in the past where people were unable to remove Payday 2.

u can remove it by, support , remove this game from my library, but i think if u want to replay it u gotta buy again (even if u payed before)

No, you can get it back through the support pages. No need to rebuy a game.
