Does Valve allow their assets to be used for other Steam games/workshop mods?
I've seen a lot of CSGO maps ported over to Pavlov. They're available in the workshop. Does Valve allow their assets to be used or something?

As long as they are not using the assets for commercial purposes (earning money, donations etc) I don't see any problems with it, unless Valve significally said to not use their assets for other games for any cirumstances.

Thanks. Looks like the answer is yes in some circumstances at least for source games. However Pavlov isn't a source engine game so...
"Q. Can I use Valve IP in my Source Mod?"

"Yes. However, please make it clear on your store pages that your mod is a mod and not created by Valve. Commercial games and mods that include Valve IP such as characters and story-lines need prior approval from Valve."
